Some items may be non-returnable due to customization, statutory regulations, or product nature. These are clearly marked on the product page. Refunds are not guaranteed unless there is a manufacturing defect or mis-shipment.
As per Indian consumer laws, customers are entitled to a fair resolution if products are defective, damaged, or misrepresented — even if marked “No Return / No Refund”.
You must request within [7-10] days of delivery.
Custom/project-based items are non-returnable unless defective or mis-shipped.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method or via store credit.
Report within 48 hours with photos. We'll inspect & approve replacement/refund.
For defective/wrong items — iBuZoo pays. For customer-error or “change of mind” — buyer may pay.
